I'm going on vacation but I'm scheduled to have my period the first day I go. The vacation only lasts a week so it's bumming me out. Is there any way I can postpone my period?

If your on birth control pills then you can just not take the 7day break...just start a new pack, if your not, then i don't know. Some people say that skipping a period is not safe for your body, but most people agree that once in a blue moon is ok.

when my sister was like 17 she took a birth control shot that made it so she didnt have her period at all.

i took tylenol every 4 hours.. it lessen your period.
