OK.

I had my wisdom teeth removed on Wednesday. I haven't taken pain killers in 14 hours..and still NO PAIN..but there is still some blood in my left cheek when I spit. Not LOTS, but some in the saliva. Is this normal? My face is swollen SOOO bad.

I cut my wisdom teeth at age 13,Dr.said i was too young, but i had them.Had them pulled when I was 18.Yes you'll be spitting some blood,it's normal. If you start bleeding in earnest, get to the ER ASAP.Swelling is normal, maybe bruising too.Depends on the person!

I had mine out in late august. I also had no pain, a little soreness, but no pain. What they told me to do for the swelling was to have ice on my cheek for 20 mins and then switch side for the first 36 hours and I had no swelling. Of course its normal to have a little blood... just keep doing what the doctor says. Mine healed really weird, my gum swelled over my back molar but now everything is fine.
