Anyone getting just a little concerned about health in these days? Things just keep getting worse, more degenerative disease, more obesity, more cancer. It's kind of...sickening whats going on these days. I think we need to do something to rectify this before it really gets uncontrollable (or is it already?!). I read these books that said that all disease is caused by the same issue: nutrition. If this is so, maybe we should all serious take a look at our situation. I don't know if it's true, but why the heck is it that animals in the wild don't get cancer?
Just wonderin' what everyones take on this is.

I completely agree. Why do dogs lick the floor and run around in grass and mud and not catch anything and when humans barley walk on concrete we get some kind of infection (usually worms). With all the junk food we eat it’s no wonder why it’s estimated that between 80 and 85 percent of the people in the U.S suffer from some kind of parasitic infection. Why do you think the life expectancy in Japan is much higher than the life expectancy in the U.S? Why is it that people in China (even though half the people in China can’t even afford food) are much healthier than people in the U.S? Our medical system is ridiculously expensive and most doctors are of very little help. Insurance companies try everything possible to cut corners and save money. Free clinics don’t help much. A simple operation just to align someone’s eyes can cost a fortune. The problem with America is that everything is all about money and the government isn’t really doing much to help anyone (besides raising taxes and pocketing our money). There are way too many monopolies, oligopolies, and illegal trusts. Something must be done.

I think the main thing that must be done, is we need to take responsibility for ourselves and not expect someone else to fix our lives and problems.
We need to eat real food that has nutrition and stop all the prepared foods that are refined and processed and cooked until no true food value is left in them. We need to avoid contaminants and polutants and drugs that destroy the body organs, and build up our immune systems. We need to correct ourselves of wrong thinking, and forgive ourselves and others and let each other be human.
The real problems are inside us, not outside us. We need to start one person at a time, with ourselves!
