28 year old male. I noticed that my joints, all of them, pop and creek a lot. Its not painfull, but it does cause some concern. Never had any major health issues in my short 28 years, so far anyways... Anybody know what might be causing this or what can be done to help this? Does taking calcium help joints or?? Thanks...

Try some glucosamine for a while and see if this helps with your joints. Also yes be sure you get enough calcium too.

Joints sometimes pop when air bubbles are created in the sinovial fluid between the joints.
