Quick question-
latley my upper thigh has been stiff as hell. I've had muscle cramps before where my calf would just spasm, that's not what this is. It's just an overall tightness and soreness, it hurts real bad to climb stairs or sit down. Now my upper arm today is stiff as a board. What is this? just something to do with the crazy temperature and weather we've been having? I'm probably going to take some celebrex tonight and see if that helps...it's just weird because it's not a place where I can stretch it out. I'm an ex-ballet dancer so I know all about cramps and muscle spasms but I don't know how I could have injured both legs in the same place and now my arm is going. Yuck, I'm just stiff all over!
