i have been suffering with acute pain in my joints for 19 yrs & no one seems to know what is wrong...all tests for arthitis & related disorders are neagtive....some dr's seem to think it may be related to blood spots that i have a few hundred of. My eldest child haemorhages in his back & my youngest child suffers from severe nose bleeds..we have been tested for telangectasia & von willebrands blood disease but all negative....does anyone have any suggestions i am at my wits end & in so much pain...

Have you looked into Fibromyalgia? If you don't know what Fibro is, it involves pain in your joints, tendons and muscles around the clock. A rhuemotologist is a good dr. to ask about this.

Idiopathic thrombocytopenia Purpra...It's a blood disorder.I had mt spleen taken out when i was 20 to get It under control.I had no platelets. You need these to keep from bleeding to death. Was treated with steroids for 2 years first.Joint pain came with it also.nearly died twice before the splectomy.......

With ITP you also have the little red spots(purpura) on the skin. Some people have more than others. They nearly disdn't find it in me.It took awhile 'til they did....A normal platlet count is from 250 to 500 thousand.......depending on the person. When they discovered mine it was 49,000.I had to be carried ,couldn't walk....

Hi,

try Flaxsee oil. I've had joint pains in my hip for years and my chiropractic doc recommended it. It really helped!

good luck

All my joints ache or hurt on and off. Is this what you're talking about?
I know I have ostseoarthritis. I started during menopause and it's gotten worse.
I don't have arthritis with inflammation, etc. But this osteo stuff is quite common.

I have fibromyalgia and there are so many different reactions on how you feel and the pains that you have. It sucks! But the doctors have not cure just meds to help.

My son had something called HSP, which is another form of purpra. He had it in his legs, feet, and groun area. It got so bad and he was in so much pain that he could not even walk or pee without help. sometimes doctors will over look things. I had to get real mad and tell them they were not releasing my son until they could help or give me answers. An they finally after alot of test came up with the answers.

Hope you are feeling better soon!

J
