StandingEagle 01-20-2001, 12:02 PM my aging father needs a "donut" to sit on to relieve pain in his buttocks. i donot know the medical name for this product or where to find one..can anyone give me this info? TrickyDick 01-21-2001, 12:02 AM I know what your talking about, I tried finding one for myself because I have hemorids. I checked the two local medical supply stores and they did'nt have them. So my need being great, I went to a local tire store that sold tires and tubes for four wheelers. I purchased a tube, I don't remember the size but it works great. I can say that I am "on the tube" while I watch the tube (tv) Good luck on your search. Peace StandingEagle 01-23-2001, 12:16 AM Thank you, Dick for your response..love your sense of humor. We will be going to Albuquerque early next month..and if we are unsuccessful in finding a true "donut" we plan on taking your suggestion..we truly appreciate your help. Best to you StandingEagle 03-16-2001, 10:54 AM Thank you, Sprite. We were finally successful and found three different kinds at Walgreen's. And guess what..he doesn't like them..says it puts him too high..LOL. |
