Has anyone tried sinus irrigation?
Can you do it too much and your sinuses react?
The firs time I did it, last Thursday, it was a tremendous relief. Since then my sinuses have been pretty clear but as soon as my ears are stuffed, I will do it.
I guess I'm wondering if I've overdone it. I am so sensitive to everything these days.

The residents that have had it ordered where I work were to use their Neti Pot twice a day so no I don't think you are overdoing it.
