I have this fear of injections and blood tests--i know they only prick u and it doesnt really hurt but they mkae me feel sick and i start getting paranoid 6 months before my checkup! i hate being rude to the doctor, but i cant help it and i just throw fits, seriously! i kick even! i just cant help it! I wanted to get hypnotised out of my fear bu my mom said no..i know i should learn not to get freaked out but its positive torture to me--its the thing i am most afraid of in my life....please help me!!! thank u! :'(

Biggest thing to remember, and I still do it to this
day, is DO NOT look at the needle and it never
bothers you. Hope this works for you, as a doctor
told me that years ago and I have never forgotten
that piece of advice. Hope it works for you!

It sounds like a panic attack of sorts. There must be something that will help you remain calm during shots.
Ask your doctor. He might know of something you can take just for the appt. day.

just take your mind off it! im 16 and i hate getting blood drawn but they do it anyway. im really queasy, and it doesnt hurt but it just makes me want to throw up or pass out watching them and knowing theres a needle in me. just close your eyes and think of something else!

i cant even bear to look at the needle, and no one can calm me down i just get mor freaked, blood tests r the worst cuz of the throbbing plz oh plz is there anything else?
