Every time my boyfriend and i go the hot tubs in our town my legs break out in itches and what look like welts in a way i also think my legs looks swollon. i have no idea what causes this and i was hoping someone on here might know.

It could be caused by a sensitivity to some of the chemicals used in the water or it could be whirlpool folliculitis which is caused by the hot tub not being cleaned properly or often enough.
