Heres one for ya.
This morning I woke up and went to bathroom to feed the toilet. I began taking a crap like i usually would, but it hurt like hell. I couldnt get anything out except little bits, because the pain was so intense.
There was no bleeding, just "ass juice" and an almost diareha like fecies.
When not on the can my Sphyncter feelsfine, but what happened when i really need to go?
I am thinking it is an extra dense log trapped in there that would be impossible to get out without tearing myself a new A-hole.
Anyways, this isnt a joke, its really driving me nuts.. any home remedies or should i go and see the doc?

Hi- Sounds like good old-fashioned boring constipation to me! If this just happened today, and hasn't been an ongoing problem, try eating a lot of roughage for a couple of days....salads and raw vegetables. And drink LOTS of water. Then see what happens. Also exercise helps constipation, even a small thing like a half hour walk. No need to see a doctor unless it continues. Give yourself a few days to get back on track.

cherok,
Lack of fluids.
Also, you need to add fiber to your diet........metamucil tablets would benefit you - or anything else that will add fiber to your diet....
you would be suprised how much it helps.
best of luck - oh by the way, you had me laughing out loud when I was reading this....sorry, didn't mean to laugh, it was just some of the terminology you used.
take care,

=> That was my intention. ALso posting a topic about phallic problems is tough to word..
I drink ALOT of orange juice and grapefruit juice regularly. (We make it fresh at my job so I take in about 1-2L daily.) Anyways, I was also wondering if this plays any part in my problem. Also too much acid in ones diet makes you fart alot right?

Cherok,
Yes, too much acid can cause a build up of gas in the intestinal tract. You may want to decrease the amount of it that you are drinking per day.
To relieve constipation there are several easy things you can do. A few have already been mentioned by others such as exercise, increase your water intake, increase the amount of fiber you intake...etc. If these steps do not help and your constipation gets to the point of abdominal discomfort...you may want to make a trip to the pharmacy and pick up some Fleet Enemas. They are relatively effective in correcting blockage quickly.
To avoid having the same problem in the future...heed the advice offered by others and also take a look at the amount of dairy products you consume...especially cheese. Cheese is known to cause constipation if you eat too much of it.
Good luck to you,

Instead of using an emema why not just try a glycerin suppository. Enema's should be used as a last resort. Try the suppository first and if that doesn't work then try a baking soda enema made with one tsp of baking soda to about a quart of warm water.

Isnt excessive Vitiman C intakein some respects good for you though? Pure Orange juice has many benefits, but I am not sure what they are.. I seem to not get sick as much as before..
Anyone know what other benefits may be? What the different vitimans inside do for your body?

Defintely Increase fluids, Fiber in your diet.
One reason is you don't want to end up with diverculities . I had that in Oct and It worse than any pain i can think of. Even worse than my panic attacks with chest pains.
It begins like a light gas pain in left lower gut..and increases in pain as time wears on (within 4 hrs ).. Its an infection of the little pockets in your colon.
Now i'm so faithful with my Veggies , my water intake my fiber - that I hope it never hits again.
Hope things Loosen up for you
