You can use a wart remover product of whatever type you choose at the store or you can see the doc and either get them burned off electrically or with liquid solution. My son would not use the regular wart remover with any consistency so I had the doc take care of it once and for all. Since warts can spread you would be wise to take care of this before you get any more from it spreading.

DUCT TAPE.
I watched this news thing and it said that if you have warts, put duct tape on the wart every day. Take off the tape when it starts to peel off, and clean off the excess tape debris, skin, ect. Then put on a new piece. It supposively takes a few months, but it works wonders. I've tried it.

I am allergic to the wart removers and they never really worked for me anyway, so I finally just went to the dermatologist and had her remove it. It really is painless. The dr will inject the area with a small amount of novocaine and then burn off the wart. You just have to keep a clean band-aid on it for a few days until a scab starts to form, and use some anti-biotic ointment like Bacitracin or Neosporin.

I have used a liquid wart remover, available over the counter, for tiny warts on my neck.....some call them "skin tags". A friend of mine who lives in Minnesota went to the Mayo Clinic with a plantar wart (on the bottom of the foot) and was told to put regular adhesive tape on the wart and to leave until the tape came off then put on new tape, if necessary. My Dad tried this and it worked....took awhile but the plantar wart disappeared. Good luck. :)
