i think pregnancy has aged me. i'm 33 years old and i feel like an old lady. i had my baby 11 months ago. people say it's in my head but i know it's not. my eyes look tired and the lower part of my face looks bloated on a bad day <i really really hate that!>. i don't know if i'm sagging or bloating or *what*. the point is i feel like crap, even on my most energetic days if i peek in the mirror i still see this tired old face staring back at me! i am too young to look this rundown. i wonder if i can reverse this 'blahness.' i haven't had a good night's sleep in almost 2 years. if anyone has a tip i'd appreciate it. thanks. beth

Are you drinking enough fluids? Are you anemic? When is the last time you had some blood work done? Exercising? Depression and Anxiety? Thyroid problems? Just some thoughts.

there is nothing wrong with you that good sound deep undisturbed sleep won't cure, but trying to get it now will be close to impossible. When a woman has a baby remember ....she has essentially given up what she "needs" http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/yawn.gif to take on the Baby's.... :bouncing:

Hang in there you'll get yourself back to the "girl" you were before , remember with all the joys of being a mom, it's still a major life change for a woman and being solely responsible for another human life so completely which lets face it a baby does need its "Mommy" to survive will at times give any woman new to its enormity every symptom you described. :)

I think you really need to go to the doctor and have a thorough check-up. You should not be feeling this way if you are in good health. You could be anemic or you could have a low thyroid condition. Life is too short to have to feel the way you do, also you need to feel well to give your baby the best of care.
