COULD you pleose help me
i am 48 year old and i went through early menopause at 37years
i have had no real problems except i had a bone density test that showed the very beginnings of osteoporosis it has not gotten any worse over the years...my problem is i suffer anxiety and panic attackes and phobias one being from sideaffects of tablets and injections...so i cant take hormone replacement or other meds that would help me
i was wondering if you could suggest some foods that could help or even some excercises that could build bone density back up
i walk 9 miles a night but i still suffer tight hamstrings and thigh and knee problems also my feet lately have been hurting...but i think thats from the way i sit cross legged i cant seem to sit normally on a chair i feel uncomfortable unless im sitting with legs up to my chest or cross legged yoga position
why would my muscles be aching and stiff?is it old age or lack of hormones?shouldn't walking be helping my legs or is there something else i should be doing? any help would be appreciated

Hi Angel. I'm almost 52 and I'm taking some supplements and an all natural HGH stimulator that has really been helping me through the menopausal thing. I haven't had near the problems you've been having, especially so young! I sure feel for you!

Angel, I can relate. I have the same story. and I am also 48. I was 36 at the onset. Here is my thinking on it. If I don't get regular exercise my body is like an old woman. My mother is 68 and my sisters and her laugh at me because I am older than my ma. I do take hormones, the most helpful of which is actually the testosterone in the estrogen that I take. But I haven't had any for a couple of weeks and I am losing memory, feeling very old and tired. The testosterone actually gives me the energy (in my opinion). Anway not to sound trite, but have you tried things like Aleve? I have used this and it helps.
