Does anyone around my age seem to lose energy? Just curious...not sure if stress/anxiety is the cause or just plain aging.

Stress and anxiety have alot to do with health. Stress takes it toll....makes you feel much older than you are. In todays world, it's hard to get away from it. Do what you can, that's all you can do. :)

I had to repy to this one. I will be 40 in July. I can't believe it. I too find myself tired all the time. I work out 5 days a week, I am not overweight and am relatively happy. I don't know what it is but it gets worse with age. It's very depressing.

If you eat properly, get adequate physical activity and enough rest--- you should feel great at 40 ---50----60. If you feel tired then there must be something wrong!!!
Get a good physical exam and become very pro-active about your health.
I recently read this and it's very true--- "Lack of knowledge is a poor excuse for bad health"--
Various choices we make in life cause lots of problems.
I wish ya'll well--- Harry
