AliceInWonderland 12-28-2002, 08:03 AM Please, has anyone tried using Human Growth Hormone? Please tell me what results you have had, how long you have used it, and in what form. Thank you. Peyton 01-10-2003, 05:30 PM I've used it before in capsule form for about a month or more. Never noticed any difference in either the way I felt or my appearance. Of course, every individual is different so you may notice a positive difference. bobbelieu 01-26-2003, 10:53 PM GAH! Don't judge the effect of HGH from some pill a huckster sold you. You can't take the stuff orally. Your stomach acids will break the stuff down to useless mung. I use a spray. Don't get the kind that are base in alcohol. That kills the protien, if it even had the stuff in there to begin with. Spray it of the insides of your cheek, one squirt for each cheek. Do this when you get up and just before you go to sleep. Don't swallow for about 1-2 minutes after spraying either. Pill form is doo-doo, even some sprays. Make sure they aren't in alcohol, and go for it. Use that basic criteria when looking for HGH and you should come up with something decent. But be prepared to spend about $50+ per month. Ya gotta wanna do this pretty bad. I've only been taking the stuff now for about a month and I'm already noticing some improvement in libido, and the bags under my eyes are receeding a bit. Stay with it for at least 3-6 months since this stuff isn't quick. But it's a "heck" of a lot better than taking something like andro. This is a more "holistic" treatment. And good luck. AliceInWonderland 01-27-2003, 07:35 PM Thank you for your replies, I will surely do what has been suggested! It has also been suggested that a HGH Catalyst be used because it is not the lack of HGH that is the problem, but that our bodies can't utilize what our bodies make as well as we age. Has anyone heard of this? AliceInWonderland 01-28-2003, 09:25 AM bobbeluei, I am having trouble finding a HGH spray that doesn't contain some form of alcohol, would you please suggest a brand name that you have found that does not? Sinnrah 01-30-2003, 01:27 AM Hi, What exactly does HGH do for you? Sinnrah OneAlan 04-11-2003, 08:39 PM HGH stands for Human Growth Hormone. It is a large, fragile protein molecule that must be injected to be effective. If it is not injectable it is not true HGH. Any company that tells you that you can swallow it as a pill or spray or any other oral means is simply not telling you the truth. The internet is full of fake HGH scams. Dont waste your money. HGH is the master hormone in your body produced by your pituitary gland. As we age it produces less and less. HGH is responsible for synthesizing protein: burning fat, building muscle, maintaning bone density, upkeep of skin, organs an immune system. Aging in our bodies is either in whole or part due to a lack of HGH in our bodies. There are only 4 manufacturers of HGH that are FDA approved (oral HGH companies are currently under Congressional investigation). Humatrope is considered to be the best. It is made by Eli Lilly. The FDA has approved HGH injections for anti aging treatment. The best deals are found on the internet from foreign pharmacies like those in Mexico. We have found that HGH can have some major side effects. The spray I'm taking goes straight to the pituitary gland to stimulate our own HGH like we did in our teens & 20's. I've had some great results. SheilaD 07-12-2003, 10:07 AM Here is what The New England Journal of Medicine has to say about Human Growth Hormone. "...Since growth hormone is a peptide subject to degradation by gastric acid, oral preparations would not be expected to be effective..." "...It is not known whether long-term administration of growth hormone in the elderly is potentially harmful - particularly with regard to the risk of cancer, give that older age is associated with an increased incidence of cancer..." "...There is no current "magic bullet" medication that retards or reverses aging...antiaging therapy with growth hormone has not yet been proved effective according to objective outcome criteria." In other words, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't. And I'm sure the people who manufacture these items are raking in the cash. But be smart and do a little research. SheilaD |
