I'm a 37 year old healthy woman. I've been having twitching go on on the left side of my neck. It's mostly been happening when I go to sleep at night. Today, it has really been doing it alot. I have no other symptons and I'm not on any medication. I'm a little worried but don't think it's bad enough for a doctor visit...has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know what it might be?
