Hi,ive been getting leg pains for about 6 months now only in the left leg down passed my knee on the side of calf.not on the knee or joints so i know its not arthritis i spelled that wrong,i mentioned it to doc he felt it said no swelling so its allright but these last couple days its killing me anybody know what is causing this thanks.

I get this myself from time to time and I think it's either sciatica or reffered pelvic pain from sitting at the computer for too long each day. Are you a chronic "sitter"?. I do excesize each morning and do a few things around the house (and outside) during the day but I also spend entirely WAY too much time in front of this thing.

I,m not really a chronic sitter today i started limping a little (cause of pain)maybe poor circulation is there a vitamen to help that like b-12.

i have chronic leg pain in my left leg due to a couple reasons and one is from sitting on the pc too long playing games and other crap :( the other part came from, one day at my university i went into the weight room and started lifting heavy weights and i had my first panic attack there by the way. anyhow, i overstretched my left leg i believe without warming up at all so now i get pains mainly in my left leg and twitches all over.
