I have a saggy face it looks like and I am only 19!! Am I doing something wrong? I wash my face with Dial soap and most of the time that is all with no moisturizer or nothing. Should I be doing that? If I was to do it, would my face look better? I look in the mirror and it looks droopy. Help me please!

Dial soap is too strong for the face. Try Cetaphil Skin Cleanser that comes in a bottle. Cetaphil is ph balanced. Wash face with gentle motion and rinse with cool water. Use a light lotion such as Neutregena Facial Moisturizer.

Be sure when you wash your face you do not drag down the skin, use upward motion.

Drinking plenty of water and exercising is great for a better complexion.

I agree that you need a gentler cleanser, but Cetaphil breaks me out (but use if if you can). If you like bar cleansers, try Basis or Dove. I use Herbal Essences Face Wash, but you may want to use something else. If you have oily skin, you need to make sure that the mositurizer you use is noncomedogenic. Make sure you get enough vitamins and minerals in addition to drinking water because vitamins A, E, and especially C are key to firm skin (Vitamin C is essential for building collegen). Copper is also important. Just make sure to eat a balanced diet and take a multivitamin daily.

keep protected from the sun with a wide brimmed hat and sun glasses in the summer months. the sun will age the skin the most more than anything else. your not too young to start thinking about sun protection. i wish i would have known when i was your age. forget about getting a tan or going to a tanning salon. tans might look good but all a tan is is skin damage and skin damage from tans to sun burns shows up in wrinkles later on in life. what looks like lines on your skin now is probably just over dried skin caused by the harsh soap you have been using on your skin. you just need something that is more gentle on your skin to wash with and a good moisturizer. be gentle with washing your face and pat dry, don't use too hot of water use luke warm, this is also being gentle.

Dial soap is too strong. The best soaps, I've heard for years, are Dove or Ivory. I use Ivory because I like the way it feel on my skin. It washes off completely.
