Okay I am looking for a new birth control. I have tried depo, which I hated. Then I tried the patch which gave me really bad headaches and made me feel sick all the time. I am now worried to try any other type of birth control. I have never tried the pill and am a little worried that I might have side effects like on the other 2 I tried. Can anyone tell me anything good, or bad about the birth controls that are out there now. Thanks

Maybe ask your doctor about a low-dosage (less hormones) birth control pill. I had similar problems and I was put on a low dosage pill (just as effective) and felt much better.
Good luck!

Yes, you do not have to take the pill and there are other methods out there such as the coil.
Rather than going to see your doc about this, why not try going to a family planning clinic? They will be able to make you aware of all the other options rather than just the pill.
Good luck

Since you have had many side effects from the other methods you tried you should see your regular doc since he knows and has your FULL medical history at his fingertips and can best tell you what may work the best for you without interacting with any other medications or supplements you may be taking. Your doc is the best one to advise you rather than poster here since he knows your medical histury the best.

I'd suggest trying a low dose monophasic pill like Mircette or Alesse. There is always a chance you will have side effects, but the lower dose pill, the less side effects you are expected to have.
