I am 165, 6'2" and 20 years old. I live an active lifestyle (basketball, baseball, etc) and work out 3 times a week.
I am trying to bulk up and am starting a 4500 Calorie a-day diet.
Any suggestions on the breakdowns of how many carbs per day? For that matter how about protein or other important categories?
Thanks

1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight
no more than 2.5 grams of carbs per pound of bodyweight
fat intake at 20-30% of total caloric intake
20-35 grams of fiber
1 gallon of water
look both ways before crossing the street and dont run with scissors

3500 Cals = 1Lb Start with that.
As long as you exceed the amount of carbs you burn you will start to gain weight.
Protein 1 gram = 4 cals
Carbs 1 Gram = 4 Cals
Fat 1 gram = 9 cals
Balance your carbs and proteins limit fats and increase weight lifting or strenght training exercises.
