I am wondering if this is an allergy or what?
My symptoms are brainfog/nausea/feeling of panic in my head/disoriented.....now i feel this especially after eating cheeses, sugar, or yeast products...i have been checked for these food allergies and they found none....please help! thanks

When I eat somthing with greese in it I get very light headed. There are a bunch of other things that do this too like certain orange juices depending on the preservatives. My alergist says that some people have a bad reaction to certain things but doesn't mean there alergy's. This did not help me much but I thought I would share it with you. I do know that when I'm about to have an alergy attack, I get very light headed and disorientated. I feel very de-tached.
