A couple of people I know swear their hayfever is better by taking Stinging Nettle capsules.

I've also read about this in books and magazine articles.

Just wondered if anyone has had any success with it, and if it's worth trying.

Nettles, Mullein, Horehound, Coltsfoot, and
fenugreek or all good for allergies, hayfever and asthma. Don't settle for a cheap brand.

Here's a little known fact for all of you that want
to try herbs for different problems.

The average bottle of 100 capsules run's between $9.00 to $20.00 .

Herbs are a lot cheaper in bulk.
For example a pound of Mullein leaf run
about $3.50 to $8.00, and you would use it as a tea. One teaspoon to one cup of water
(adults), two to four times a day depending on how bad your allergies are.

Now your second choice for example is buying a herb that has been powder (example nettles), $5.30 for the herb, $7.20 for 1000
capsules, and around $7.50 for a capsule
machine. So figure for around $21.00 you'll have enough herbs capsles for 10 months.

I prefer both methods over buying store bought herb capsules.
The worst place in my opinion to buy bulk herbs, is in a health food store, your better off with mail order.

But, if you don't want the trouble of bulk
herbs, then try NSP capsules.
