I started experiencing nasal congestion with runny nose and sinus headache. I think these symptoms are due to a seasonal allergy, but this is the first time I can remember having allergies this time of year. Usually I experience this in the Fall. Is there something blooming now that could be causing this? I live in the southeast US. Thanks...

There is a CHINESE herb called 'PI MIN KAN WAN' specifically made for seaonal allergies. It comes in small white containers of 50...you take 3 pills at each meal. They are half the size of a smartie and are green. They cost about $3.00 US. After 3 days, your symptoms dissappear in most cases. I've been taking these pills, 4 boxes a year for 5 years and have had great results. Sorry, I have no web address or mail order to offer. I work in an area with a high Chinese population and they seem to have a cure for everything...though many I expect don't work...this one does though! One thing you can't do is eat seafood while taking these as the fish oil somehow 'turns off ' the herbs. I know about 30 people who take these and have had NO side effects at all!
