I have been having cold tigling feeling of numbness in my arms, face and legs. I have looked all over the internet trying to find out what these symptoms are a sign of but can find nothing. Maybe I am not describing the feeling right but it is hard to describe unless you have felt it yourself. I have no pain associated with the feeling at all and sometimes it feels like my arms are not my own and the feeling gets worse when I touch something. Can anyone tell me what this may be?

Thanks so much.

I would check with your doctor. These can signify early signs of a disease. I personally had tingling legs for three years. My neurologist tested me for Mulitiple Sclerosis, thyroid conditions, lupus, you name. It may also be a back problem. I was diagnosed with neuropathy. It can be due to a lot of things. Go see your doc :) to rule out anything serious.

I had this going on in my face one time, it was an absess tooth. Get it checked out. Take your temperature to see if your running a low grade fever. Don't or eat anything 5min. before taking the temp. Don't open your mouth at all when the thermometer is in there. Leave the thermometer in for at least 6min.s. Take your temp. Morning,(before rising) noon, and night for a few days. Write it down on a piece of paper. You should take this with you to the doctors too. drs
