Im having this pain on my back, on my right side, cracking and poping sounds on my shoulder and on to my right side of my back. And the pain Iam feeling near my lower middle right side of my back. Description of the pain is (like a rug burn, when Im wearing clothes over it) I get this almost everytime, from standing, sitting laying on my back).
With my Hips, I get very sharp pain on my hips, on my right espically, I walk normal, and it feels like my joint goes out of place ( well feel likes it ). I looked in the mirror and and walked forward, and I notice there is a bump that goes in and out, on my right hip, but it dosent do it on my left hip..
and finally with my knee. ( right knee) almost with my hip, walking normally, I feel popping sounds on my knees, I get this , when I stand for long periond of time, and it makes popping sounds when I walk. it feel like my knee is very tender, and pain around my knee, espically on the very top of my knee cap.
Im enlisted in the military, I talked to my Pa about my pains, they say its just normal pain, and just deal with it. They took x-rays and they said they havent found anything wrong, in my x-rays, saying soft tissues are okay , This is leaving me to no where, and dont know what else to do.. ( for my shoulder They also examined it, saying that I have somthing called winged scauplua ( cant remeber the spelling) But they did some eletrical therapy on my back, on that spot where I feel the burning, but after that, the pain started to be constant more than before) I told them that was irretated from the electrical therapy... I dont know what else to do. So far I havent been getting much help on my side, and I just want a opinion from someone else who worked in this area , or someone who can really give me a time of day for my problems.
IF anyone can help me, please reply, Thank you

Jason- You have an awful lot of things going on.
I really have more questions than answers for you.
Most important, did you see an orthopedic specialist???
When you say you talked to your Pa about these pains, what is a Pa? A Physician's assistant?
And who gave you the electrical stimulation.? Was this therapy or nerve conduction studies? A nerve conduction study would be given to rule in or out the diagnosis of long thoracic nerve injury regarding your scapula. (Shoulder blades)
Dysfunction or compression of certain muscles will cause winging of the scapula as you try to elevate your arm.
Treatment depends on extent of the injury or compression.
Your hips and knees also need thorough evaluation by an orthopedist.
It's not good enough for anyone to say to you this is all okay and live with it.
You may need an MRI , not just xrays.
I'm so sorry you feel so helpless here, but please find a good specialist. I'm sure there are some answers for you and that you can definitely be helped. It may not even be something as invasive as surgery or drugs but a good physical therapy regimen. But first you need to find out what is causing all this pain. Winging of the shoulder blade/s is more common than one would think. Untreated it can lead to more pain and discomfort, with posture problems that can affect how you hold your entire body. If you hold your body in an unnatural way due to pain, it might lead to more pain and becomes a viscious cycle.
Orthopedist, orthorpedist, orthopedist!
