Please consider two separate boards for Cosmetic Surgery. One for positive experiences and one for negative experiences. The Cosmetic Surgery Board has become extremely negative and is a turn off to people who ae trying to research all sides of plastic surgery. I believe it is difficult to post anything positive as we have been responded to with total negativity.
