I know there is a forum for chronic fatigue, but I think there should be a new forum which is just for general fatigue. Millions of people in Britain feel tired all the time, and I think a forum would help address this problem and people would be able to discuss tips on overcoming the problem.
I'd certainly use it! I don't have CFS, but often feel incredibly tired, and have got tips to overcome it to share with others...

Sounds good to me, would you mind coming over to the Depression board and posting some of your tips. One of the symptoms of Depression is a general tired feeling. I for one would like you to share.

G'Mornin' to ya Rachael! :)
Found this a real interesting post. I have some friends with Fibromyalgia (FMS) and have seen it categorized elsewhere as CFS/FMS. Personally I had no idea they were the same as one is indicated by substantial pain, and the other (I thought) was not.
Are they the same thing?
I don't have too much to offer here, yet I hope you get your forum. I'd like to see one for Peripheral Neuropathy, and another for Panic Disorder. But I'll post that separately.
TrickyDick made a very good point. Serious Depression can often have major symptoms of fatigue. I invite you there as well.
Best of the day to ya :)
