Hi,
With Spring here---I think we need a board on Sinus Problems. I have had problems for the last month and I didn't know we were not addressing this problem until I started looking for some advice!!!

i have sinusitis perenially.
i take sudafed and antihistimines
so far it seems to help .

I would certainly like to see such a board. I've had three lots of surgery and suffered for 33 years with sinus.

The thing that seems to work for my sinus problems is garlic pills. I buy the odorless kind. When I have a really bad time I will take 6-9 pills a day(spread out through the day). And plenty of water to flush out the infection. Then about 2-3 a day when I'm fine. Hope this helps.

I agree there is a need for this topic. I followed the link to this site ONLY to look for natural remedies for sinus problems. A bit surprised that it wasn't here.
