I dont care for the labelling on this board as "newbies" , "junior", etc. one should be "member" or not. we have enough labels in our society.
Just the fact that someone posts a lot does not make him an expert on a subject, it just shows that he has more free time or more need to connect with others.

You are encouraging competition to have more posts listed by your name, and to post more just to not be called newbie or junior.
This is insulting.
