Does anyone else have an immediate sinus reaction to eating certain food (ie oranges)? I can't describe how I feel. It's not just pressure & aching- and it is definitely very annoying.

yes i do.

it happens mostly w/fast food and chinese w/me.

i love both.

or i sometimes even get stomach problems or gastrointestinal.

if i get any symptoms i usually desist from eating these foods.

i don't want to go the extreme route of testing.

Hi all -

I get bad sinus congestion and my throat starts to block up whenever I eat a product that contains MSG. Stay away from that stuff! I love Chinese as well. Always remember to order without MSG.
