I have a very low tolerance to alcohol and I always seem to throw up when I drink, even after 2 beers. I'm Asian, and some people will know that some Asians have what is known as "the Asian Flush". I'm not going to explain fully what that is but basically, it's as if I have an allergy to alcohol, but not as serious as an actually allergy. So, other than avoiding alcohol, does anyone have any advice on how to control vomitting, or at least delay it? Thanks.

I've heard people say, taking Milk Thistle capsules
before they drink help them not to get sick. However,
alcohol is bad for the Liver, and it's Milk Thistle
that supports and strengthen the Liver.
To have an allergy to something does not mean you have to have trouble breathing. An allergy can be as simple as just having hives.
