Hi...
I have a weird thing going on on my face. I woke up about 4 days ago with a strange lump on my face. It looked and felt like the beginnings on a small pimple, just a little red, no head. The next day, i woke up and I remember brushing my hand over my face...the area with the "pimple" was very sore. I looked in the mirror, and the red, irritated area (the actual bump is soooo very tiny and just a little raised, no head on it) had grown to the size of a pencil eraser head. I went back to the mirror about ten mins later, and the red area had grown to the size of a quarter!! I took a shower, and looked in the mirror..and (no kidding!) the red area had swollen to the size of about 4 inches by 4 inches! I was in a panic! I put some makeup on it, and it was virtually unnoticable. However..the lump has been there for about 4 days now..I'm pretty sure it is NOT a pimple, but what else could it be. It is a little itchy, sore to the touch. The red area has decreased somewhat, but it is NOT going away. What should I do? Does anyone know of what it could be? Thanks.
