I was just wondering if anybody has any info on this diet? Or if anyone has tried it and had good, or bad, results??

My husband called me from his office and told me that he was bringing home the book and wanted to start it tomorrow. I have currently been doing weight watchers, with success, but he just can't seem to get into the point groove.

Any help on this diet would be greatly appreciated!
