I've read some of the boards on here and I'm clueless. I have this one, blemish, for lack of a better word, on one of my vaginal lips. It doesn't hurt, doesn't itch...I have no pain when I pee. But this is just like a zit! I've seen pictures online of stds, but mine little "zit" doesn't look like anything. I have no idea what it is. I do get coldsores, but this isn't anything like a cold sore.
