Would IBS have anything to do with acne? The only thing i can think of is stress.. anything else??

A lot of things could cause that, I'm doubting IBS unless it's something you eat that causes both, like sugar ;) I really wouldn't think so. Watch out for the stress though with IBS, maybe see a dermatologist instead.

Definitely there is a link between acne and hot bowel movement.
