Thanks everybody who took the time to reply to me "please god, let me die" thread. I was feeling so horrible then. Fortunately I had an appointment with my shrink yesterday. He is having me start Wellbutrin because I find that smoking helps my depression some and Wellbutrin works on the same part of the brain that nicotine does. I had my 1st dose of Wellbutrin this morning. Oddly, today and yesterday I have been feeling noticeably better. Maybe the Remeron is finally kicking in, maybe I've just been smoking more, or maybe (HOPEFULLY) my episode is finally giving up the ghost on its own. Anyway, knowing there are kind and compassionate people on this board who've "been there" is a huge help. So give yourselves a big hug from me. Thanks again--

I'm so glad to hear you're feeling a bit better!!
Bipolar stuff is so unpredictable. Up one day and down the next.

The wonderful thing I've found about these Boards is that when you're feeling better there just may be someone here who isn't feeling so hot that can use YOUR help for a change...

Keep in touch!
