I am starting a weight loss program to lose 100 pounds. I would like to know if there is anyone else in the same boat. I sure could use some accountability in this area of my life. Thanks-Mike

Hi Mike :) First of all I would like to wish you the best of luck on starting your weight loss program. I have lost from 205 down to 182. I still have about 40 pounds to go to get to where I want to be. I finally made up my mind after years of taking diet pills and saying I was going to lose weight but never really doing anything about it to actually getting mad at myself and saying this is enough. I hated the way I looked and how I felt and food comforted me so much. I ate junk food all the time. I'm 25 years old now and have had a weight problem mostly all my life. I just want to feel good about myself and appearance and in return that will make me feel better on the inside with having confidence and I might actually stop being a hermit and staying in my house all the time. I go out at night around 1:00 in the morning and walk which is the one thing that has made me lose the weight. I walk for sometimes two hours at a time just around my town and back home. It's nice just to get out when everything is quite and I forget I'm even exercising and the time just passes so quickly. I'm sorry for rambling but I just wanted to let you know you're not alone and you can do this, you can lose that weight. Mind over Body. Take Care and keep me posted on how things are going.
