has anybody taken these for over a month to clear a sinus infection? did it clear it up? and i am going to see a ent and was wondering if he could be able to take some of that stuff from my nose or throught to see what kind of infection it is to give me the right diagnosis,has anyones doc ever done this? thanks

If you have a chronic sinus infection that doesn't clear up within a couple of weeks, only then will most doctors take samples from your mouth/throat and nose for analyis.
There are three major possibilities: bacterial infection, viral infection or fungal infection. Then within each, there are potentially hundreds of different types and strains. Your meds will depend on what is causing your infection.
Most chronic sinus infections are caused by bacteria [staph or strep] which usually need a few months of antibiotic therapy.

all the times before i took antibiotics the only had me on them for to days. they said they were the stongest ones and that any more use of them and i would become immune to them or somthin like that. would that make sence?
