this depakote is good stuff.
I never realised how much my head was whirring till it slowed.
I can think more clearly.

I am happy (not manic).
And though I was a bit down on myself yesterday, generally i am good; well better. My anger is not all consuming anymore. The kids irritate me and I can feel myself getting cross instead of just EXPLODING with RAGE instantaneously.

Ain't life great...

then again, maybe I am just excessively optimistic
