Try typing in wheat free in a search engine. You'll find recipes and meal ideas. Health food stores carry many wheat free foods.

I have 2 friends who are allergic to gluten. I guess it is becoming somewhat common. You might find this web site helpful.Good luck! http://www.glutenfree.com/

Try rice products. Most health food stores carry breads, pasta and many other gluten-free products, usually rice-based.

I have found that the Celiac Foundation has a lot of information on gluten free recipies. Try either on line or see if there is a chapter open in your area. Especially for support. I have a little booklet from them that contains other names of wheat products they add to food. Label reading is very important too.
Good luck! http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif
