About a year ago I noticed a couple of little raised bumps on the head of my penis..During this time I was having a burning sensation on the head..I went to the Dr. and got a bunch of test.They all came back fine. After a couple of weeks the burning was gone.. Now. every month or so The burning will come back for a week or so..and it hurts. The bumps are still there.... Someone Help me please

The fact that the bumps come and go might mean a virus such as Herpes or HPV. Typical Herpes look like water blistsers. HPV is described as genital warts. Chlamydia usually shows up as a drainage.
A Herpes culture might be helpful, and for your peace of mind, make sure you get a blood test to rule out Syphilis. Repeat the blood test in 30 days.

The bumps arn't really what look like warts or they are not really big there just flesh colored and barely noticeable. The pain is the most I'm concerned about, It feels like It is congested and burning, and sometimes liquid comes out
