I was reading an ad in a magazine with Anna Nicole Smith in it, and it says that she has lost a lot of weight! It also said that she used Trimspa Completely Ephedra free. Has anyone used this? Does it actually work, and how long did it take you to lose weight? How much did you lose? What side effects did you experience? I want to lose 48 pounds. Please post ASAP. Thanks!

I'd like to know too...I just started taking it Saturday-of course, this is PMS week...a bad time to start!!- but I got the regular formula(great deal on EBay!) and would like to hear any feedback. I mean, keep in mind that Anna has personal cooks and trainers, but it couldn't hurt to try! I have to lose about 50 lbs but at this point, if I lost 10-20, I'd be happy! I think Anna looks amazing anyway-makes me jealous ;)

I'd be careful about it. It contains diuretics. Minus the diuretics it looks like it would be a good product, as it has things like Glucosamine and Vanadium.
Neither of those are things I would take without the supervision of an elder herbalist or a trained ayurvedic consultant though, especially if you might be hypothyroid, diabetic, or borderline of either. So before you spend your money there, get a physical examination from your doctor and take that to get a profile made for you from an herbal practitioner.
