I'm curious if anyone on this board suffers from non allergic to allergic rhinitis that gives them symptoms of severe dry mouth and a stuffy nose. If so what do you do to cope with the annoying dry mouth?

I find relief from a humidifier in the bedroom at night. The moist air soothes the sinuses and reduces symptoms during the day.

I have the same symptoms. I also use a humidifier at night, but you have to make sure that it is a warm air humidifier with a hepa filter, because anything else can create mold and dust. Bionaire is a good one, just do a search for it on the web. I find that a warm air humidifier helps tremendously, during the summer with my hay fever allergies, and especially during the winter with the dryness I get from the forced hot air.

So the humidifier really helps? I notice that when its hotter, i tend to suffer more. How do all of you cope with these symptoms because for me, tis driving me insane and just really making my life miserable to the point that I started going into a depression and sought psychiatric help (plus for other reason).
