I've just discovered that I'm allergic to soy products in every form (from additives, to tofu, to soy milk, etc). The worst symptoms are edema (I can put on 5 lbs of water in an hour), extremely painful burning sensation of my skin and eyes, runny nose.
I'm wondering if anyone else suffers from this particular allergy and if they have similar symptoms.
Thx

Nakomis,
Yes. my son is allergic to dairy and soy, he is anaphylactic to them both. Try Rice milk, there are certain brands that are additive and preservative free, it isn't the most tasty but it is available. There are also a few other alternatives that are tasty....there is potato milk (which is very good...sounds nasty but isn't),oat milk, and nut milks. I prefer oat and potato milks, easpecially to cook with. If you need some specifc brands or more help, feel free to email me at [removed].org
