I have had hives that covered my entire body since I was about 11 years of age. I am now 33. I went through the usual battery of allergy testing and had all synthetic clothing and toys taken away from me. I wasn't allowed to eat any spices or the usual allergy culprits i.e. tomato, egg, nuts, etc.
I found out that I was a diabetic about ten years ago. I didn't get it under control until about three years ago. since then I haven't had one single outbreak of hives.
I have a cousin who is also a diabetic that had hives like mine. I have attributed the hives I had to my sugar levels being to high.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem? I would love to hear your input...
