I have not had any sexual contact in about 6 months, and recieved unprotected oral sex at about this time. My question is 2 days ago I woke up with a large bump just under the head of my penis. When I squeezed it a small amount of puss came out, but very little. The bump looks like a white head, but even after squeezing it, it still has a white head look to it. I do shave my genitals, so I was thinking it might be something like an ingrown hair or something, but I'm not sure. Please help.

Could be many things. People always fear the worst when they get bumps/irritation down there. could be friction from masturbation, ingrown hair etc.. Of course theres also the possibility it is a herpes sore. But I doubt it. If you really want to know, (I know this isnt what you want to hear), go to a dermatologist. Notice I said dermatologist and not clinic.
