I have had HSV 2 for 2 years, on meds,,,don't ever really get OB's ,,,,,,,

Sometimes I get this red mark that looks like it could be a mosquito bite. Tiny little thing that looks like a bite in the center then the outside surrounding it is red and itches just like a mosquito bite. no sores though...it feels flat and a Little hard...

Could that be an OB?
