I have been getting these small bumps on my thighs and my buttocks that itch like crazy. I thought they were herpes but they aren't in clusters and aren't fluid filled. There has also been some tenderness and mild pain in my buttocks. What could this be?


It could be many, many things. The only STD that I can think of that it sounds like would be Molluscum Contagium, but it can also be caught from sharing towels and from toilet seats. You should see a doctor to get a proper diagnosis.
