I am really scared, about two months ago I found this lump on my skin around my pubic region. It was hurting really bad and felt really hard and one day after I got out of the shower it popped and blood and a cloudyish liquid was coming out of it. Now at least 3-4 times a months it fills back up and needs to be drained. I have no clue what this could be. I do have a gyn appointment in a couple weeks but until then I was wondering if anyone could help???

Sounds like a boil or an infected gland.

Yep, Wacky said it...It does sound like an evil boil. I 've had these. I get them frequently. If they hurt really bad and have not come to a head for a week, they might be infected, in which case you'll need to see a Dr. But, otherwise, use a hot compress on them, soak in the bath, and wear loose clothing (like boxer shorts). I asked my dr. why I get these, she says some people are just more prone to getting them.
